• In order to organize an affidavit or a certificate from the Lebanese Embassy in London, the applicant need to provide the following documents:​

    • Lebanese Passport or Lebanese ID

    • Other documents that the Embassy deems necessary to review for the purpose of this certificate.

    • Fee (payment in cash or postal order): £43.00

  • The Lebanese I.D., the Individual Civil Registration extract (إخراج قيد إفرادي), the Family Civil Registration extract (إخراج قيد عائلي), the birth certificate, the marriage certificate, and the divorce certificate can be translated at the Consulate.

    The required document:

    • The original document

    • A letter showing the spelling of the names in English

    • Fees in the amount of £58.00 (Cash payment or postal order) per document.

    • Note: The document must be legalized from the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants.

  • To apply for a police clearance from Lebanon, the applicant should send all the required documents by email to: consulateuk@lebanon-embassy.org :

    • Photocopy of the passport first page and all stamped pages by the Lebanese authorities.

    • This formality is free of charge and may take up to four months to be obtained from Lebanon.
